Entertainer and millenarian Halldór Laxness Halldórsson, better known as Dóri DNA, gushed from the well of his wisdom at the Klak - Icelandic Startups happy hour in Gróska. Among other things, Dóri talked about society's challenges on a light note and then offered a natural wine that he imports.
The reason for the happy hour is Sjjallräði, an innovative project for sports that want to make the world a little better, or in other words, a social accelerator where social innovation is in the foreground.
Social innovation consists in using the methodology of innovation and design thinking in order to tackle social challenges and build systems and solutions that include benefits for people and the environment and, consequently, for society as a whole.
