The final day of Snjallræði 2022 will be held on December 7 in Gróska's festival hall, where none other than Jón Gnarr will lead the event and present Snjallræði's powerful wand on stage. The event is open to anyone who cares about societal challenges.
The sprots in Snjallräði, who have now gone through a 16-week community accelerator under the care of KLAK and Höfða Peace Centre, will come forward and present solutions to social challenges.
– all have in common that they want to lead important social changes!

The wands that appear are Hringvarmi, Ylur, BioBuilding, Orb, Fort, On To Something, Laufið, Hugmyndasmiðir and Sara, a girl with ADHD.

Smartness, the community accelerator, is a 16-week growth space (e. incubator) that supports powerful teams that are passionate about solutions to contemporary challenges. There may be solutions related to healthcare, welfare technology, improved education systems and equality issues, for example. Sjjallräði was founded by the Höfða Peace Center in 2018 and has been run three times since the beginning. The growth space is managed by KLAK, in collaboration with MIT designX, and is the focal point of the workshops where experts from MIT come to the country and share their knowledge.
