Startup SuperNova's mess night was held on Thursday, June 8 at Nova's store in Lágmúla. Klúðurvjöld is well known abroad and is based on an international model where entrepreneurs come and share their mistakes. Well-known and excellent entrepreneurs wittily told about their mistakes in building a start-up company to good applause from the audience. This is the second time that Klak and Nova have held such an event in connection with the business accelerator Startup SuperNova.
More than 100 guests came to listen to Tobba Marinós, founder and managing director of Náttúrulega Gott & Granólabarinn, Guðjón Már Guðjónsson, founder and managing director of OZ, Stefanía Bjarneyja Ólafsdóttir, co-founder and managing director of Avo and Davíð Örn Símonarson, co-founder and managing director of Smitten.
Startup SuperNova is a joint project between Klak - Icelandic Startups and Nova, where they strive to build scalable business solutions for the international market.
This year, Startup SuperNova starts with a two-day Masterclass on the 22nd-23rd. June and the accelerator itself starts on August 9, where ten teams are invited to participate in a six-week business accelerator. Startup SuperNova will then conclude with an impressive investor day on September 22.
