The mission of the KLAK health accelerator is to support startups working on diverse health technology solutions. The accelerator provides participants with access to specialized education, guidance from experts, and connections to investors and key players in the innovation environment.
Examples of health technology solutions:
Medical Technology (MedTech)
- Medical devices, diagnostic equipment, implants and software considered as medical devices (SaMD)
Biotechnology and solutions for the pharmaceutical sector (BioTech & Pharma)
- Biotech products, drug development and advanced therapies
Digital Health Solutions
- Software, data and connected health solutions
Consumer Health
- Prevention, wellness, mental health and lifestyle solutions
The focus is on participants gaining a deeper understanding of the regulatory framework, technical requirements and business opportunities related to their solutions. At the end of the accelerator, participants will have developed a clear business plan and are ready to present their ideas to investors, partners and other key stakeholders. Up to ten companies will be selected to participate and will receive access to office space in Gróska for the duration of the accelerator. Participation in the accelerator is free of charge for participants.
