On Tuesday, May 6, the Hringiðu 2026 startups participated in a Shark Tank pitch event hosted by Faxaflói Ports. There, the teams presented their ideas to a panel of judges and received fun and constructive feedback to hone their presentations before the final day of the accelerator.
Faxaflóahafnir, the sponsor of Hringiða, welcomed the runners and guests in elegant premises overlooking the harbor in Reykjavík. The jury consisted of Friðrik Þór Hjálmarsson, Division Manager of Commercial Affairs, J. Snæfríður Einarsdóttir, Division Manager of Port Infrastructure, and Tinna Jóhannsdóttir, Assistant to the Port Manager. We would like to thank them for their wonderful reception.
The next step for the young artists, Araxni, E-Lísa, IORDEN, Loopable, Ratatag, Soil Lagoon and Thermal Beets Records, is the final day of Hringiðu, which will take place in Harpa on May 20th.
